roro -2006 toyota fielder x or 2006 nissan tiida hatchback

Folks, I need a little guidance. Found a sweet looking 2006 metallic blue tiida hatchback. It has the dark/grey interior, semi black leather seats, fogs, dvd/nav screen, alloys wheels.
But I getting a white 2006 toyota fielder x wagon for about 10k more. Its in really good condition, has the cream interior(which i don't really like), dvd/nav screen, hubcaps. My mechanic checked out both vehicles today, and everything in order.

fielder- NZE121......toyota(nuff said)
I really like the tiida, but can a tiida hold its own to a toyota
(both milage are about the same)
Help me decide, want to confirm purchase by monday.

The advertised prices are 109/107k-fielder, 98k-tiida. I am getting roughly the same off for both vehicles, (10k more for the fielder).
Thinking if i buy the tiida, slap some black rims, upgrade the exhaust barrel, and install some small music(one amp-one ten)
Fielder-will be totally brokes after alarm and tune up. No girls:(
The vehicle will be my everyday vehicle and don't intend to upgrade for about three years
Still in limbo, my brain saying fielder but me heart and pocket saying tiida

Other than Toyota's reputation for reliability and the Fielder X being a station wagon with more cargo space, in my opinion the Tiida trumps the Toyota in every other category.

doh make sense yuh buy the toyota and yuh broke...... Tidas are not as bad as ppl make dem out to be...

only one thing isnt 06 Tidas goin for like 75 k now ... look around abit if u have the time ... those prices are kinda steep ...IMHO

i'm personally toyota biased and even though the fielder is better built than the tiida in terms of engine (1nz-fe owns all hr) and suspension as well, it seems as though the tiida is your preference. i assure you, if you choose the vehicle which you liked less, you going and regret it. choose the vehicle that you feel will make you happy and atleast you will be happy driving what you driving. psychological effect oui

as most said, go with the one u really want. a lot of money to be spent, look at the vehicles not only in pics but in real. get a feel for it.

both are great vehicles once maintained properly. dont buy anything if u not plannin on changing oil, filter etc. on time. buy a bicycle then.

IMO, you can never regret buying a toyota.
