wtk RPM wen AC is on

tuners i have ah eg8 civic wen ac off car RPM is approx. 1000 but once ac is turn on it drops really low i would say about 100rpm is so much but car does not cut off... wat is goin on there?

also wen idle is good still get ah vibration of sum sort chek all mounts and dey are good... what can cause dat?

i have a cs3 lancer.. i have the same problem.. an all my mounts changed an good too..
