Apple is reportedly testing a build of iOS 5 which includes Siri support for the iPhone 4, according to JailbreakNation.

Today, we have a very interesting bit of news, tipped to us by a source close to Apple. According to them, Apple is testing Siri on devices other than the iPhone 4S. The device specifically mentioned to us was the iPhone 4, but we can most likely assume that other devices are being tested as well. This means that we will potentially see a software update that allows Siri to run on older devices.

AppAdvice was able to confirm the source of this information and says that it does appear to be legitimate.

"The fact that they're considering it after the iPhone 4S release and even letting employees use it outside of the campus as a test drive shows that there still is a chance this will become a reality. Yet, Apple has now finished the test drive and removed the feature from the employees' iPhones to minimize the chances of it getting out."

Another source says the test went really well as far as performance; however, the microphone of the iPod Touch 4G is not as good as the iPhone which could be an issue.

We previously reported that Apple was working on bringing a panorama camera mode to the iPhone, and now some jailbreakers have figured out how to enable it. The interface for the feature is not too fancy, but is certainly usable. The user simply turns on panorama mode by clicking the panorama button on the camera options popover, then moves their phone in their air as shown in the on-screen diagram.

Was submitted to Cydia as Firebreak (yea I don't get the name either) in the Tweaks section. Just now finished installing it. Working fine.

I'll give it a second chance after dawn, with more light, but my initial thoughts, I think I'll be sticking with, ironically, Microsoft PhotoSynth.

don't know if its just me, or the camera app does take a lil longer to load... and btw, it doesnt work in the "rapid fire" unlock screen one :(

and everyone on iOS 5 check this out:

this is really handy. (finally all this crap from the betas coming to light!)

and SRASC, posted the malware/unsigned code running app post?

hey guys ...i cant seem to fix the iPhone 4S caller id issue .....anyone can point me in the right direction ?

it keeps showing all incomng calls as UNKNOWN but outgoing calls work fine

i only tried the reset network settings so far , i did the wireless activation when i unboxed it.

I am would like to use restoring it as my final attempt but let me know other methods if there are any please.

Most of the stuff i read on google keeps saying people on verizon have to dial *228 to fix it but im on Bmobile.

Put the country code in front the number in your contacts, might work.
Use to happen on my HTC Touch Siamond and it worked.

Don't think I did. Up & down whole day.

I don't think I would be using Apple's pano mode much longer. PhotoSynth is better for me. I not too surprised that its not in "rapid fire" mode, cause not much people have to do a pano in a rush. Camera app running normal for me, but as you mention it, it may have slowed down a little bit, like not very much at all.

Since iOS 5 the caller ID problem on my iPhone 4 was fixed

I remember bmobile had a carrier update that I was prompted to do when I plugged in with a cable into itunes when I was running iOS 4.x.x

try to see if that helps it.

My 3G has this problem today the battery drained while on the road, plugged it in but just shows that battery is charging wont boot, charged it for more than 5 hours or so but it still shows batt icon with lightning bolt as shown.

I tried charging on wall socket charger and usb-pc charger changed data cables as well opened up the phone to check connections but to no avail, just keeps showing that it’s charging but its not. What could be the problem?

I have a question about the ipad 2 with the sim card tray: can we we use a digicel or bmobile sim with a data plan on the ipad2? reason being I want to get one for work, but I need access to the internet on the road....and I really don't want to buy a 4g hotspot thing, that's one more dongle to carry......

the data SIM will work in the iPad 2 WiFi + 3G. rmember thought aht we don't have 3G in T&T so you will still be stuck using slow 2G EDGE or GPRS.

The better option IMO is to buy the cheaper WiFi only iPad 2 and use the personal hotspot on your phone. You are paying for data on your phone anyway.

Since I did the bmobile carrier update on my iPhone 4, the personal hotspot disappeared :(
