Anybody here have their HDMI run within their wall (concrete)? If so, could you please share what method you used to do it?

Smurf, I did that with a 10ft HDMI running through the wall to my media center. Used trunking next to the electrical conduit. The HDMI and coaxial cable share the same trunking.

^ depending on
1) if the entertainment center will be covering the cuts in the wall
2) the type of paint you using(silk, satin)

you should get a bit of gypsum mud compound and paste it over the raw concrete then sand to kinda hide the joining between the concrete or else it will show up when the light is on

if u using a matte finish paint then it may not show as bad
