Macqueripe Drowning.

I went to Macqueripe on Sunday and almost as soon as I reached the lifeguards were pulling a guy out the water. He was given CPR for about 25 minutes, even after the ambulance came, he had not regained consciousness. I was wondering if anyone knows what I am talking about.

I was concerned. They had him laying less than a foot from me. He was lifeless. I guess I just wanted to know if he was alive.

dont know if this one was cause of rum, underwater current or just inexperience, when i reached the lifeguards was already working on him. The life guards knew he was gone but they are not suppoed to stop working on him until the paramedics arrive.

IMPROPER mouth-to-mask seal being performed by the lifeguard giving ventilations. i guess he tried.
