Cars for sale or not!??

I understand if you have a car for sale a price is often added. For those of us who are looking to purchase cars, the owners of these cars should realize that it is a serious thing. Price, pictures and viewing of the car show not be made possible or adds posted unless the people are serious about selling their vehicle and their price!

- A recent example is the yellow Suzuki Swift Sport. Spoke to the woman, she confirmed the price of the car. Proceeded, cancelled half of my day of work, because i was serious about purchasing the car. Viewed the car and the woman stated that Monday we would conduct business. So when i contacted her today she stated that she has to do a price value on the car. WTH!

I had a similar incident with a 2nr who, at the time, was using the 2nr acct of his deceased brother to buy/sell stuff.

I was interested in buying a set of rims from the guy, so I called, we agreed the price I would pay would be the price posted in the thread and arranged to meet later that afternoon. Dude was selling so raise funds to buy a bigger set of rims so I would meet him at the rim shop where he would buy the new set one time and I'd take the old set so that his car wouldn't be on jack stands.
I'm a pretty accommodating dude, so it was no scene.

Next thing I get a call about an hour later saying the set he wanted got sold and he doesn't have enough for the other set he was watching and asking me if I'd pay $1000 more for his rims.
Well I had a good laugh at him over the phone and a "u hadda be fackin crazy breds" before hanging up. I will NEVER buy anything from said 2nr again.

a certain tuner was selling me a phone, we agreed on a price and meeting place.
he message me an hour later and said he sell it to someone else.
i was like ok whatever.

to add insult to injury, this ass come n tellin me a few days later that the sale with the other guy didn work out and wanted to know if i wanted the phone.
i said fack off obviously.

and then to backpedal and make himself look credible, he said he made up the whole story about selling the phone to someone else because he was having second thoughts about selling it in the first place.

Unfortunately many people don't have scruples nor sense of ethics and will create real discomfort to others.In fact I am aware of sellers putting their units up for sale and after buyer approching the bank and paying for search and valuation report being asked to pay more (because valuation came back with higher price).
Always get something in "black and white" bearing sellers signature,and even before ask serious questions of seller.
I will not view a vehicle until and unless I am convinced that the seller is committed.
