the legal age for importation has been raised but the amount of cars that can be imported (think its somewhere around 13,000) stays the same. so .... it will still be the same amount of cars being imported.

prices should drop, though used car dealers will still make more money, doesnt necessarily mean junk as cars are normally hand selected after searches through used car auctions etc. the bottom line is you make the decision to buy, right?
