Requirement to become a foreign used dealer

What's the requirement to become a foreign used dealer? I remember years ago they were saying yuh had to put up $200,000 or sumting like that?

The registration of foreign used car dealers is handled by the Ministry Of Trade as i recall.In light of shifting goalpost as far as registration is concrned,your best bet is to check with them.
I believe that as at this time no applications are being considered since a 'review' is being conducted (for a few years now).
You should also recall dealers on the books are now subject to a quota allocation.

here's what you need:

1) some skilled drivers (ability to hot wire a car is an asset)
2) some location behind god back for "checking out the parts"
3) a place to sell such parts....
4) and the ability to BS or bribe your way out of trouble...
