The name of the form that needs to be filled out at LO with regards to an engine change? I just went from an SR-18 to a SR-20 and I wanted to know what paperwork I have to fill out and the necessary fees(if any) etc. Can anyone provide me with this information? I'd search but I don't know the name of the form I'm looking for...

^^^I dunno.....my mechanic told me that a form needs to be filled out stating that the vehicle has changed engines. I find it a bit strange myself. Just want to know what to do...

There is a Change of Engine form that you must fill out. With respect to the charges for a change of engine, see quote below taken from another thread.

it's a notification of change form just go licensing and ask for one, btw they don't pay particular attention to engine changes anymore because of how common this is now, but change of colour is a must

yeah but you need it to get an inspection certificate

engine change form at licensing office,
also nice to have a receipt with a company stamp for the engine handy...
after that is just a quick inspection by an officer to verify the serial
and then to the cashier (cant remember the charge - 50 i think)..

try to avoid port of spain.. did mine in chaguanas
