In South? Any damned where, yes...
Allyuh South and Central fellahs real lucky where doubles is concerned...
In Port of Spain, the few doubles men I have found, getting sales for stuff you wouldn't feed a dog with... Is either the channa salty like hell (no taste, just salt) or the channa passable but the bara like a failed pulori, or it tasting of baking soda...

When I find a good doubles, is at least 6 before I start to slow down. Otherwise, in town, I will take 5 and suffer in silence.

I've heard of a good fellah outside Long Circular Mall, but the lines to this one man's box so long, I would dead from starvation... so ah never taste dat one hand...
There was a good one in Woodbrook ("good" by POS standards, eh...) but I don't see him again... that was outside a blue bar...
There was a brief moment when two fellahs came from Central and set up outside Royal bank in St. James on weeknights... it may not have been Dibe gold trophy stuff, but it was the best I had tasted on this side of Sealots. They stopped coming after a few weeks

There is decent stuff at Barataria roundabout... but having to make a run for it through the Beetham both ways each time...

At this point, I am happy with the stuff being sold opposite Medford's gas station, and down by Chase Village flyover.
