wingroad y11 check light not comming on

so a helping out a padna out, he car wont start and when i came and check it out the check light not comming on i check the fuse and all good (any one know which fuse it is for the brainbox exactly ) and any idea what the problem could be

when you switch the key to "ON", does the check light illuminate?
If not, have you tried changing the bulb?

ecu blown or not getting power

sometimes a cam or crank sensor wouldnt throw code, try changing with a good known one an try that. btw the is tumbling though?
