if the short guy you are talking about looked like Ernie ....then that was andre.otherwise it was rhandir.one time before a field trip to Maracas rhandir walked up to a girl who was only watching him and ask her when is her birthday.after she responded he tell her he needed to know so that he could buy a goat for her so that she could mind that instead of minding his business.
