driver's licence extension? fact or rumour?

got to go renew my drivers licence this morning. a colleague told me there is a 3 mth extension granted by Warner. can anyone confirm? i prefer to put off my visit to hell for a while.

I wouldn't put anything past an angry Public Service worker...next thing you go back and you never get through...

It's not official as yet. He's supposed to seek approval from cabinet today.

Saw it mentioned in an express article 2 days ago.
Due to the backlog/work to rule/strike action, Warner mentioned a 3 mnth extension.
I dont know if it was actually carried out.

Just go princes town licence office and handle d renew normel normel. 45 mins an yuh outta dere.

it not official, warner carrying it to parliment today. I has to renew in januaray

no cameras he say.......so is he going to cabinet today to get approval to stop police man from charging yuh expired permits for 3 months.

but if u loose it will they still charge yuh for driving with no permit or say no problem drive on

I took the chance and drove a few days with the reciept and old permit (keep the permit if they can't process it)..........I paid last Friday and realized it didn't make sense as they were only doing the back log from the day before (Ptown and pt fortin people coming sando)...Went back on Monday and left frustrated......"San-fernando didn't have a photograher"...eventually they called someone from Port-of spain......things started flowing better and i got tru within an hour on Wednesday............Hope you do get tru.......

go waste a few hours in chag and get it done, make sure to call and find out if the cashier is there tho

pops had to renew his one earlier this week, $500 for 5 years
