Run dhcp tables on a timely rotation to conflict ip's every four days. Change the QoS. Put the least priority on Voip muahahaha. Thas what you get for performing? Sent home?
IT personell are treated like public servants. Don't need them until something goes wrong, but when they perform and everything running sweet you forget about them.
Doesn't matter that every company needs some sort of ICT support.
