Thanks. I actually confirmed today that it will work as as you said the final drive is the only difference.Everything else is the same, axles and all.

well.... both companies list different parts numbers ... both suzuki sport and cusco.

but if the verII swift sport final drive fits in the ignis gear box .. that means the lsd should fit also :D

Ok here is an update everything bolts up just fine. But there is a problem. The CUSCO LSD for the ZC31S does not have any location on it for the speed sensor ring to fit on it. The Ignis speed sensor is located on a ring that sits on the diff. I guess this must be the differentiating factor between the ZC31S and the HT81S.

Does anyone know where the speed sensor on the new swift sport is located?

Ignant, Mitsu Power can you help? really need to know. I am supposed to get a donor SS this weekend to check as i am going to see if i can get the speed sensor to work at a different location. Just wondering if the speed sensor and the ABS work on the same ring on the axle as i know some cars do. But guess i am just anxious to find out.

Hey thanks man. I found where it is located. According to the manual its behind the instrument cluster so i am going to assume that it must be picking up the signal from the same ring that the abs unit reads from. Because it has to pick up the signal from somewhere. But in any case i am taking the car to the garage today to see if i can make my speed sensor read from the same ring as the abs sensor. So i will keep you posted as to how that works out. Respect.
