why not?
easy on gas, and torque to pull the chassis effortlessly all day
but yeah u right, 280c gas engine would been a better option
I wouldn't go V8 in an old jag tho........defeat the point of a 6, which was to deliver an inherently smooth ride

A diesel? Oh gorm... nahhhh boi...

While I appreciate the efficiency, and the fact that "at least she's still running"...

Somehow, that just feels wrong...

280c is not the only 6 there is. theres a good few choices, some from old america cars.... and for efficiency on gas, use cng. if u have the cash to afford a car like that u should atleast have enough to do it right.

Should've used a Kent 1600 with a 28/36 Weber, Janspeed header, Zigs cut 1/4 race cam, 3 thou off the head, Accel Super Coil, all mated to a Rocket box. And rolling on Ghia steelies.
