make sure to try and read the rules fellas, especially the manager substitutions part and the formation rules

Manager substitutions
After all matches on a single day have finished and before the next matches start, you can:

1: Replace any player who wasn't sent off, with one from your bench whose team is yet to play.

2: Change your captain if he wasn't sent off, with a player from your squad whose team is yet to play.

Players who are substituted out will score 0 points, the captain bonus will be lost from your original captain if a new captain is selected. Substitutions and captain changes can't be cancelled once confirmed.

An unlimited number of manager substitutions can be made, however, it is not possible to make manager substitutions after games on the last day of the Matchday, as all fixtures will have been completed.

If a manager substitution or captain change is made then no automatic substitutions will take place on your team that Matchday.

could develop some interesting strategies with regard to which day (tues or wed) your players are playing on as you can change your captain..could be an advantage to more attentive players as opposed to the average player who would just rely on automatic substitutions since they may not have time to go in between tues and wed and make changes..choosing your captain correctly is the most important part of the game imo.

there are alot of different dimensions and strategies to fantasy football..but you need to have time on your hands if you're taking it seriously..involves doing a good bit of research as well when choosing players in order to keep within budget, dealing with injuries, suspensions etc.

you also have to study the fixture list carefully in terms of which teams are playing at home...in the group stages you can usually bank on the big teams for a clean sheet at home

if any of the better players are willing to share their strategy, feel free...lets get some discussion and ideas and help out people who are new to the game or who just never took it seriously before
