Some of those OJT's is a waste a time, they come in here thinking they not here for long so they going to skin thier a$$ and not try to learn anything....

On the other hand, i have one assigned to me and she is very efficient,works harder that most temp clerks who here to stay.

not bad ... we have 12 OJT's with us .... one working together with me ... extremely helpful ...

they're paid according to their qualifications...

the On-the-Job-Training programme was intended to give newly qualified young ppl the necessary job experience so that they could be more readily be assimilated into the productive workforce........
- if you cares to.....examine the successful apprenticeship programme of the now Petrotrin...

and don't do like many unscrupulous businessmen & take on OJTs to do cheap labour 'because an IT Tech go charge too much..'
