On tuner it kinda dead yes Krazyboy because we interact more through the facebook group , hardly use it on Tuner .

The 2nd Maracas lime had a really poor turnout , only 10 came out and half left when we were in the water .

Recent updates on the club can be seen on facebook !
If any guys here are not on facebook jus bump up this thread and I will post updates .

It was $150 for half an hour and $300 for 1 hour at couva...not too far from UTT.
Don't know if price still the same.

Chiney the dyno would just be for ricers to know where their car stand, and what adjustments they can do to get lil more performance.
It's more really for fun!

The Bolt, yes these engines can manage a turbo charger, it has been done! You can even research it on the Internet.

The question is, are you willing to put out the cash needed to have a SAFE turbo job done?!

It all comes down to what you want. If you looking to stay at 5-7 psi of boost on stock internals, run larger exhaust piping (2.25 inches is good), use higher octane gas to avoid any engine detonation (we have in Trinidad is RON95 Premium-of course some ppl here uses Racing Gas that has even more octane).
Those turbo from the pick-up vans are used here in Trinidad for some turbo projects to get the lil 5-7 psi job done.
A turbo manifold would be needed.

This minor job can cost about $3000- $4000TT

The maximum boost I have seen on the QG16/QG18 is 10psi on stock internals done in Australia and the US. Some use 2 1/2" exhaust and even 3" pipe exhaust. They use aftermarket cams, they upgrade their Throttle Body etc. And they drive that 10psi on daily boost too

*yawn*

QG a 'minor' turbo setup not gonna cost anything close to 3-4k so kindly watch the 'advice' you giving people in a real world situation

this is a BASIC setup:

small tobo(ct9, t25, td04): $500-$1000
custom made manifold(log or tubular): $1000-$2500
intercooler, piping, couplers, clamps: $2000
better radiator:$1300-$1500
bov(used/new):$600-$1500
boost controller(mbc/ebc):$800-$2500
bigger injectors: ???
fpr(used/new): $400-$700
oil lines/water lines/oil return/ other misc. sh1t: ???
some form of engine management(used/new): $1500-$3000
proper exhaust work from dp to exhaust: $2500

the final cost is of course determined by the quality of parts you wanna use and if new or used

Now use your epic math skills and get to counting. 8-)

They said they was handling everything for me...check them, they located on cipero road, San Fernando. I did already do my headers by them already and they offered me that.

There are other factors to look at dude, but I have seen them turbo before and no problems. Their methods are just basic (good piping work, NOT BEST), if you the customer want to add in additional things like Apex-i air flow computer chip and turbo timer...larger injectors etc, they can do that.

Mikey's muffler and Imraj related...Mikey cost more but their piping work are alot better! In terms of neatness.
