first question
check the fuse line to ur HID's ballast power, ifin tact, then check ur main headlight fuse to make sure its not blown or loose. next option is to replace/check ur ballast, as bulbs rarely go that easy.
if u want street legal, ppl say 6000k is pure diamond white ( selling gimmick ), 5000k is said to be pure white ( this is true ) and 4300k ( stock HID temp ) is known to be the safest temperature with the most light. this is known for a fact as i run 4300k and popo never had a problem with my few pull overs. then again my HIDs in projector housings.
