neoise wrote:gundelero a simple test - reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for approximately 1 minute. After reconnecting start the car and see if the problem reoccurs - if it comes up immediately the problem is probably the ABS controller, fuse, broken wire etc. If not - drive the car about for a block or so - if it now comes up it is probably a speed sensor problem. Speed sensor errors can also be caused by low tire pressure causing one wheel to spin faster so double check your pressures. Are all tyres the same size? In the end - check you mechanic all the same.
PS - I also experienced a similar problem when my Rott went under my car ate the speed sensor wire.... hope this info helps

It could also be a blown abs fuse.
So check them all...sensor, fuse through diagnostics.
