i'm pretty sure the contract gives them enough leeway to offer crap for service with performance not-guaranteed and varying speeds, bandwidth etc..
that last line of FUp confuses me though "Customers could manage their usage simply by ensuring that any file sharing, sending and receiving of large file is done outside of peak hours" does that mean I could squeeze the bandwidth outside 6-11pm >4gb without repercussion lol

or does this just mean I will be subject to "normal" service degrade
