audiocontrol dqxs or dbx

which processor is better to use in a 3way system in my car a audiocontrol dqxs or a dbx drive rack pa

what is the disadvantages and advantages

go with the dqxs cause u not goin an use half the features on the dbx
disadvantage on the dbx u have to convert it to 12 volts or use an inverter

hey now that u pointed it out thats a MB Q RAA1000 right ? ...comes with 3 40A fuses ...had 1 about 4-5yrs yrs ago when crutchfield had it on close out sale for us$300 shipped , reg pice was about 450-500 ....rel sweet sounding amp that barely got warm even after hrs of playing ....

Kurpal not sure where you can find them anymore,ebay?.

Rovin, they are the raa2400, 2 channel versions.

I purchased the last 8 pieces that crutchfield had .

keston is right there, you not going to use 1/2 the features of the drive rack, but that dosen't mean the dqxs is not a capable unit

iirc d raa2400, shared d same casing as d RAA1000 ... sorry i sold my 1000 u know but it was to finance getting d orion 2500d not too long after ... :P

I only use the dbx in gallery systems.

FOR ME it`s the best processor to use in that application.

If your system is simple use the audiocontrol.

its for gallery i using 2 vr1202 a vr 4000 and a rockford 800.4

currently have a 6100 pioneer deck and a clarion pre and crossover looking to change the processing

i check alot of installers and they keep recomending a driverack for my system

need some more reviews
