well that would account for the numerous gasolene tankers parked up by usine st. madeline pond early sunday morning.......very large pump installed at water's edge.
Petrotrin resovoir have a water shourtage, so they pumping water from other ponds.
Also some plants might go down because of lack of waater to run their processes.
No shortage, but ppl are panick buying.
Yes there is! My friend's father uncle know somebody that related to a guy who livin close to a worker from the plant. And He said there is a gas shortage.
