Does anyone know if their CK4 Lancer Mitsubishi is OBD2 compliant or tried an OBD2 complaint scanner and it worked let me know.

Although it has the OBD11 16 pin DLC it is not OBD2. Hence a OBD2 scanner will not work. You need a scantool with Mitsubishi software.
