to avoid buying a tranny
change teh fluid ASAP
go to federal or anywhere else that changes tranny fluid with teh machine
change teh fluid ASAP
Mitsu SPIII fluid ~ $55.00 per quart
walk with 10 quarts
run teh fluid for ~ 3000km and then change again
after teh 2nd change, change your tranny fluid promptly at 20,000km intervals
OR if it is really badly gone - change teh tranny one time and MAINTAIN PROPERLY

i dont want to waste any money on this tranny and den nex week it 'gone thru'. den i will have to buy 10 quarts again to put in a new tranny

he said he will call me back in an hour to tell me the cost to change the bearing and the forward clutch. well to me it didnt sound too bad, i tell myself it might cost about $2000 for the most. wen he call back he say it will cost $5000hocked:
well i was in shock. he say the parts expensive and the bearings needed machining.
