Tacarigua Pres Ppl: Sonny has died

Postby aR&D » November 13th, 2009, 7:23 am

Got the news that last night that Krishna "Sonny" Choo died. He was 62.

He was a very simple, well liked, deeply religious and decent human being.

He came to Trinidad with his uncle from China when he was six and was one of the more very well known residents of the Tacarigua area.
For the Tacarigua Presbyterian students Sonny parlor was the mainstay for all our snacks and "chinee" red mango.

Rest In Peace Good Friend.

He is a close friend of my family. He was ailing though, in hospital. We are making funereal arrangements for him.

RIP Sonny. I'll never forget how he gave us free stuff for Christmas. As R&D said, he was well liked.

I always remember the red olives he sold in his shop. I've never seen that anywhere else.
