I bet some people don't know what there was on the land, before the Gulf City Mall was built :lol: :lol:

when I say "before the mall was built", I mean from the late 1800s/early 1900s.

i remember the bowling bowl in Gulf, even though i have no recollection of ever seeing it. my dad still has his bowling ball tho :P


You know that Bowling alley still active...it is in St Croix US Virgin Islands..a Trinidadian guy owns it...i lived there for 4years...they get all our old stuff...for their carnival it is "recycled" costumes from Harts etc.

Remember drag racing outside the bowling alley....this is what caused them to put humps on the link road...Those were the days..........so I guess we are now inthe nights(of drags ). :roll:
