well as far as i understand the officer investigating this accident has been relocated to malabar p.s.

^^^ in a normal RTA, the investigating officer ( usually a Constable) has 6 months to submit a report, in an RTA involving a fatality, it must be investigated by a senior officer (Corporal and up) most likely the SDO i/c of the shift that night, that report should have been submitted weeks ago, this reeks of a cover-up and I'd hate to see the lives of 2 of a family's breadwinners be extinguished in vain, I hope the family retains a good lawyer and takes the appropriate action

that's rubbish.
the purpose of an investigator is to look at facts, and based on knowledge determine what took place. not take what was said by the only available party as the final verdict.

but then again this is trinidad, and i implied knowledge as a requirement, so.......................

er, so for a vehicle to hit another one , instantaneously causing it to combust into flames, and the said vehicle end up flipped and almost a 1/4 of a fcukign mile away from the initial point of collision is no cause for concern???

Inchan from Breaking Barriers (IBN) is saying so much on how he will not let the Mosquito Creek Accident restâ€¦ But of course, this St. Augustine Q7 accident wonâ€™t even get mentioned. Iâ€™m sure you all can figure out why.
