They need to see proof that your intentions is not to stay in there country illegally. Bank statement is not enough now. If you got a secure job, currently studying, land on your name, letter of invitation etc etc then you got a shot...

Before it was very easy to get a ten year visa; the individuals that manage to have one would not go through the 20/20 questions.

NB: you got to talk like you know your stuff... :lol:

they usually ask questions from the documents you give themâ€¦

Yuh know how long i boycott the states. even before i get my canadian pp. i say i dont ever wanna go there. They are a bunch of racist ignorant sheep (mostly) that dont know sheit outside of their own state. I used to do telemarketing and that was the target audience, the kinda dumb sheit you hear come out these ppl..."whats kinds of Language (accent) is that donts they teachs yalls to speak american?".
me spend my hard earned money to chill amongst them yuh mad. not even a vacation.

breds i had to b on the phone with them 40+ hours a week for over 2 yrs and im only 3hrs away from d border thats more than enuff research for my findings. a blind man could see how brainless the average american is, imagine grown ppl cant find u.s.a on a map.

I had my US Visa all my life, and was travelling regular etc.

They gave my parents and my sister 10 years and blanked me @ first.

I was called back a few mths to later to come in for it.

Background checks? not sure really

Glad i got it in the end though.

Yeah, I went with a sheitload of documentation and they ask me a few questions and voila 10years IYMC!
Doh get tie up doh, cuz the man asking the questions, referred to my deed etc.

so a good friend of mine got denied this morning.

he had a US visa before but only traveled to the US once. He has his own business with good income etc.
yet the guy who interviewed him said that he doesn't have enough social ties to TnT.

They really hardcore yes..and sometime-ish..
people who should be considered higher risks (will hide and live in the US) ,getting through.
