funny thing is, i googled that error, and its an actual error...

Unfortunately news is not good for those users receiving Error Code 810003c1 in Windows Live Messenger as Microsoft has shut off the Windows Live Messenger IM for users in the countries embargoed by the US hence Microsoft no longer offers Windows Live Service in your country. Country Affected are Cuba, Syria, Iran, Sudan, North Korea. here is working solution to fix error 810003c1 of Windows Live Messenger.
