Silver hilux outside demarara heights?

I stopped at that accident last night and tried to call 999 but couldn't get through. After leaving the scene saw an ambulance stopped by demarara road and thought maybe they were looking for the accident. Told the driver to head further down the road and that's where the accident was and they left in that direction.
