Internet explorer 8 frigging up machine?

Anyone else upgraded? Two laptops have been giving me troubble since last windows update that contained IE8 (Xp machines). Anyone else having probs?

mines not saving any typed in web sites on the address bar.

Mines not working at all. Networking went down on one machine, and only firefox working on the other. Going to restore both systems just now. I recommend that no one should install this and wait for bug releases. My vista machine seems ok though.

WSUS declined.

guy try removing all add-ons for IE8. I'm running it with no add-ons and have no problems.

using it over a month now

only problem i had was if u posted or opened a trinituner page and closed it before the page loaded fully, it would loop on opening a new tab. so a million tabs woudl pop up. that has seems to have been resloved a couple weeks now

other than that, its perfect
