The bigger question is why you build a 1.6 turbo and then limit it to 200hp??

1.6 NA limit 190-210hp
1.6 Turbo limit 300-450hp
1.6 NOS limit 200-250hp

It is widely accepted that the power delivery in a NA car is better... but there is sooo much more power to be had from turbo...

It depends heavily on the motorsport application and you driving style

supercharge it... you will get your 200whp+ and still have that fun naturally aspirated feel... once you get a good tune no problems... and if you want some more juice a 50 shot to cool that intake charge will work fine (once tuned propely)...

nitrous is instant on and provides better power delivery than all other forms of induction

no sapping of engine power
no lag
all power

i agree with the amount of nitrous used though
he called for a 200whp limit so even a 150whp car with a 50hp injection of nitrous would be the same result as a 100whp car with a 100hp nitrous shot as far as peak horses but down low the 100whp car with the 100shot might be substantially faster than the 150 with the 50 shot
