WTK: Cellphone says "TSTT" instead of "bmobil

I'm sure it's a repost but I couldn't find any threads discussing this.

My phone says "TSTT" instead of "bmobile" and I am having service problems. Always 2-3 bars less than everyone else. I know another person who has the EXACT problem as well.

Is there any relation between the "TSTT" cellsite/network and the bad service? And how can I get my phone to switch over to "bmobile" ?

Again, sorry if it's a repost.

My phone says "TSTT GSM" and my phone works fine.

that problem usually happens with "OLD" sims that were not updated for what ever reason when bmobile launched their new branding.
happened to mine i assume because the sim was not in a phone for months.
but it has absolutely nothing to do with service. thats only the operator logo/id...
