need some info about ordering direct from japan, heard that its cheaper but not sure about local taxes, registration fees and any other related costs.
i seein some good prices but i have no idea how much it will end up costing.....blesss

Do a search... there are numerous threads about this already

But in a nutshell, you have to get an import licence (from Ministry of Trade I think) if its a used car.... none needed if its brand new. Once the car gets here, its the usually process of paying duty and vat to clear it from the port... then there are the licensing fees (and MVT where applicable) to license it.

The whole process is do-able but filled with headaches once the car reaches here cause of our fine public employees and procedures. Another drawback is you wouldn't benefit from the mandatory 3 month warranty dealers give on RORO cars.

Very important to note.This is where people who try to import on their own usually end up loosing.
