pos still in a grid lock

my boss went to his car at 3:45 located at The Parkade on Edward Street and one hr later he just merged out of the carpark . 1hr to exit his car park

waste of time to even try to leave pos...i feel sorry for travling public...no maxi or bus can load passengers or even pass out the flood right now.
