I.C.E. Club Meeting #4/Test & Tune Nov. 2008. costs up

Guys,

Please note that this month we will be attempting to have our first test and tune event. The tentative date for this is Nov 16th, 2008. Its a whole day event starting at around 10am and its on a Sunday.

I will send an email out to all members with the event details and location.

The meeting will be held on that date as well at the event location. (in central)

Look out for those emails tonight.

All current members have been emailed with the details.
Please reply with what events you want to register for.

When I'm back in trini and have gotten most of the replies, I will finalize the fees.
I think it will make good sense to have a discounted fee for people who choose to do both events on the day, so keep that in mind.

Please note this is not a competition.
Its only to point out places for improvement in your system and to implement those improvements on the event day if possible.

Try to register earlier. As it would determine the cost of the event.

Haven't seen a response from the rest of Team Hybrids yet for this event.

So far the cost of SQ is $30. The more people register, the lower it will become.

The cost of SPL is confirmed at $20.

Also note that any extra work that requires more use of the SPL meter that is further than what was sent in the email will cost extra.
