I fiddled with the rods. Didn't make a lick of a difference :x It's clear that the guitar is a product of mexico and as a result of this, is of mexican quality :x
That plus shady23 had his filthy paws on it trying to play a fackin song*me looks for video clip*. Needless to say, this man is a pure breed mexican and as such would have easily contaminated my axe.

I goin and buy a mex strat
Can't afford the american. Thinkin about copping a jap off ebay tho. Heard they were the shiznit.
And going on the logic that those japs build wooden houses stronger than concrete, AND the japanese take what they do more seriousy than Americans and Mexicans, I wont mind eating crix for one... What you guys think i should do? 400 usd for the mex, 500-700 usd for the jap (plus about 100usd to ship to the us)

This is my latest acquisition. The quality of this surprised me. It's a PRS SE EG. I bought it used. It came with locking tuners and a Joe Satriani pickup. Great sounding too.

Heh.
I also had a digitech RP300. Sold it here self. it was loaded with features and options but I almost always used the Mesa triple rec with a pinch of chorus. I occasionally used the learn a lick mode and using it's tuner taught me to tune by ear. But it missed something....that's rite...tubes. As good as it came it didn't give the response a tube amp would. Plus it'll work great with headphones, a soundcard's line in, a house amp with speakers, but NEVER with an actual guitar amp. Always made noise.

the POD is light years beyond your Zoom.

I have a first model pod and its not bad for a digital headphone amp. Always wanted them to go with a floor model, but for the price you really cant go wrong.

I like their Valvetronix line. It's a nice warm tone without pre-amplification imho. i'm not too much into over distortion or oher power effects.
Marshall definitely has good options as well. I would have to play on a few to chose properly.

Valvetronix is pretty neat. They dont sound as flat as other digital amps on the market, thats for sure.

And by chance does it have a 50th anniversary gold sticker behind the headstock?

both guitars was bought in the states ....the fender is not the 50th anniversary guitar....plays good but not to my liking ....preffer the Dean ....

trying to save up to acquire the
Dean MAB1 Michael Batio Armored Flame Electric Guitar

but i might have to settle for a
Dean Soltero Standard Electric Guitar since it's within my price range .

Plays sweet. The owner hardly plays it. It just hangs there by it's lonesome in the store. It heavy no mc tho.

I own one of these, and its ok. It's just now on its dying leg. IT has seen a lot of action. My monster and spectraflex cables got stolen sometime ago.

I want to get back some Sprectraflex cables. Those things are the bees Kneez
