so im thinking of changing my blt 5 for 220i
to cover the higher end of my music
what you guys think?

i already have nb 1's on my door
but i didnt really like the sound when they were amplified
so i jus put them on deck power

seleniums 4WP series
pair of 8" on back dash and pair of 6" on front doors
oh and my amp a lil wonder 580.4

try by triple r to see what nice 1" tweeters they have ...

what kind of car was it again ?

loudish mids with midbass & clarity :
y not do some quality 6x9s in ur back dash ....look riad's car has 4 6.5 car speakers & it keeping up with his 2 10s so a 100wrms pair of 6x9s should be good enough , 4 x6x9s IMO might be too much for 1 10 .... :|

WAY long time i not heared of 6x9 speakers

my brother throwed away over 300 6x9 speakers.. working and non working

he says they a waste of time to fix

but i dont know if there is still good ones

change the amp, I find the lil wonder amps dont play clean highs, make the speakers sound worse than they actually are....

nah i kinna like the lil wonder
its no competion amp but it gets the job done

been thinking about some comps and coaxils but these so damn expensive :mrgreen:

I like them too but more for size and looks and very basic systems. where sound quality is not an issue. :)
