first Dex Feb 17th

Initially we spoke about having the first solodex on Jan 20th. Unfortunately due to carnival being so early and the number of activities on this day and on going negaotiations with sponsors, we have taken the descion to have the first event on Feb 17th.

We all hope this day is better for everyone concerned
