i was young when these fellars reigned eh but i slowly remembering some of dem stuff especially when ah man mentioned santana ...flicking car full up ah speakers & even on d dash i remembered he had some piezos unattached & jumping up when d basslin hit in mid centre mall ......

hcca and xtr amps

old school stuff till they bun dong from overloading them


need to get 2 bypass modules for the hcca or xtr amps willing to swap the 2 xover modules i have from my 425 for them as i dont need the internal xover

no man yall ent understand that we respect and love Jan where ever his soul may be(RIP man) but the discussion is about the ppl before jan the fellas who START this thing off for geats like Jan to come about..Anysystem STA does has to be acredited to Jan beacuse Pang and Chris I think both learnt from Jan

^^^ Pw 800 them fellas cry when they got back the car burnt to the ground yes.. but other than the music the car was rel bess...

I rem that was the first car ( can say for b./pore for sure) to have / neons/ 13" chromes/ deck with cd changer.. his last systems was 4 12 earthquake i think..

^^^i feel the reason for that nigel is because everyone at the time was using car audio speakers...so car shows wasnt as LOUD as they are today....even though back then we found it to be rellll loud...its kinda like when playstation 1 came out and u telling ureself.."it cant get anymore real than this..."....well its the same concept....back then people used to be like.."it cant get any louder than this"...

because of the more quiet car shows as compared to the ones these days ...if u had enough equipment and mids speakers...then bet yuh bottom dollar that you gonna stand out from the crowd because u would have had more equipment than them....but let that same pw 800 with that same system compete in todays shows nah..... :?

u cant really compare different eras of soundboyz to each other...because as someone previously said in this topic...back then someone made a 139dB in a meter and he was considered LOUD fuh so....now????...you make that and u embarrassing ureself...we on a whole different level now....
