Since all yuh on the topic of soundoff down westmall....if it's the same one Friday & Saturday nights infront of KFC..........all yuh remember the pink susuki which used top go by the name pink panter.

Down there had fellas sounding real good eh....but that susuki was loud, clean and could of played for long time spans.
That had 8, 12" ESX woofer, ESX amps and componet speakers... with ample current (which in my opinion was over looked by many soundoff competitors).

Many ppl may not know about the ESX brand, the fella was a dealer and did the vehicle for demos and promoitionals use mainly.......

But automobile audio has come a long way since the past decade or so.....bigger better sound in smaller packages.

De loudest i hear in trini was de green civic at a southex show.

I was in Gulfcity by a store. Then i feel de glass shaking in de store, so i went outside to see, it was de green civc, 6 strokers and alpine amps. He even close down club celebs. De man was LOUD and clean. But he had to charge like 30 mins to play 1 song, but still it was damn loud and clean!

ESX = zed audio = old school hifonics, cadence, rodek, Autotek, Planet Audio, Boss, lanzar, Nakamichi. Dont be fooled by the Boss and lanzar name, stephen mantz designed them for the budget market. They are the best boss and lanzars made, still highly sought

The ESX were very high end amps, example they had a monster 4 channel amp, that could actually run as a 1 channel amp. I got one and there is nothing else like it.

Rodek got purchased by another company, then steve went on to make amps for ESX. They had a financial disagreement and steve left after 1 year
