You mean what about the doctors that show up 10:30am and leave by 11:30am to go to their private practice for the rest of day where they actually do work.
When they come to the public facility is just to give you an appointment to come back another day two - four months later. It's a hint that you have to come spend your money by them so they collecting paper two sides.

I understand the salary justification under the former Govt, but with the new Govt, who has promised you a salary increase and backpay…has your work ethic/etiquette changed? Do you see yourself coming to work on time and going the extra for tax payers or are you waiting for money in hand?
