Prepaid Bmobile - How long before credit and number expire.

What is bmobile policy for prepaid service, with respect to:
1) Credit expiry after top-up by value
2) Duration before number expiry if top-up is not performed.

p.s. I was unable to find any information on bmobiile website. ever after reviewing this document.

fyi information from bmobile
DELIVERY OF PRE PAID CARD AND CREDITS 6.1 Usage Credits are valid for a prescribed number of days from the day that a Top Up is activated. Credits must be utilized within the prescribed period and Credits not used within the prescribed periods will expire at the end of the particular period. 6.2 If Customer adds additional Call Credits to their Account within the prescribed period, the Account is extended for an additional number of days from the latest top-up date. The additional number of days is the number prescribed for the value of the Top up. 6.3 Customer must in any event top-up their account within the Grace Period prescribed for the last Top Up activated on the Account. If Customer fails to top up within the required timeframe, Customer may lose their assigned telephone number and may have to obtain a new SIM Card for obtaining a new telephone number. 6.4 Call Credits are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash.

Both services expire 120 days after top-up.

The sim card expires and phone number recycles really shortly for Digicel if inactive and not in a phone receiving signal after 1 month if I recall last time I lost a number from them.... in fact it was 3 weeks. Probably changed to longer by now.

But bmobile keeps the number for much longer I think 6 months inactive.

i thought the expiration date varies by value of top up. like a $100 top up will set the expiration longer than a $20 top up

I top up my GPS with $10 beginning of December, expiry date somewhere in April.
Read the top-up card.

yeah on the online chat help. Just give them the numbers and say you want to top up a GPS. And then ask for the expiry date of that credit. Keep it in my records for when next top-up is due.

You can also dial 800 1234 and top up the phone number remotely

I've had similar concerns with prepaid plans, especially when traveling. Some providers let you extend validity based on top-up value, while others have strict deadlines where you risk losing your number if you’re inactive too long. It’s always frustrating when you can't find clear info online and have to rely on fine print or customer service.

In the UAE, I use Du for prepaid services, and checking balance or recharging online is really simple. For topping up, I usually go through https://paynet.red/uae-mobile-recharge/du because it’s quick and accepts multiple payment options, which is super convenient.

yes 3 months. recently i forgot to top up as i had a 6 month plan and the plan was temporarily disabled and my credit went to $0. but i didn't lose my number (i guess once you top up within a day or two it's OK). it u leave it like that without topping up then u might lose your number eventually.
