remember some items are not eligible for free shipping, or even to ship to trinidad.

True but you can keep searching amazon to find the same item under another seller which is shipped to T&T, done this numerous times. It's better than to send stuff to skybox as your items in your order might reach the skybox one at a time which inflates the cost when it comes down here as each item in the order will have a seperate cost.

Put a space in the address between WEB and the number. Worked for me in the past.

Hey guys, I placed an order on Amazon using their free international shipping service, but I've received a message stating, "Delayed at Customs - Your package is being processed by Customs officials. DHL may require additional information from you."

Does anyone have any insights on this or suggestions on what I should do?

Anyone having issues with USPS? Package for Jetbox says "delivered, left with agent" since May 30, and hasn't shown up in Jetbox tracking yet - they said they haven't received it. Claims with USPS aren't allowed because it's listed as 3rd party shipper.
