Use the 2nd option "no longer have your iPhone"
Reset the app to default.
Wait 10 days. As in don't try to force it. Try to re-active it on day 11.
It seems to be some sort of security feature that Apple and Google use with their APN/RCS on some eSIM services to ensure someone isn't spoofing your legit number. If you were out of the country longer than 10 days it shouldn't be a problem.
If that doesn't work. Well you can try this first actually.
Deregister the service.
Use AdGuard Private DNS and block Apple telemetry and tracking with a custom filter. https://github.com/liamengland1/mischosts/blob/master/apple-telemetry
Wait 24 hours.
Reboot your device. Try to register iMessage again. Remove the filter above if it matters to you. If it doesn't work well the option above is waiting 10 days.

I had this same issue in November 2023 when I first switched to eSIM when I got an iPhone 15PM. The only thing that worked was this resolution from over in the bmobile thread.

I'm currently trying it again to see if it works by blocking all Apple Telemetry background services. My 24h ends tonight, will update.

ngl that apple telemetry block using adguard confused the hell out of me, how did you do it?
also in nov 2023 when you got your esim was your number showing up in settings > cellular > my number?
tbh even when i try to deregister my number from the link, it tells me the number isn’t registered for imessage) so if it does work, you mind laying out the steps you performed?

When I first switched to eSIM I didn’t have my cell number show up in setting until a week after or so.
Download the AdGuard app, create a DNS filter, enter the URL for the Apple telemetry as above and apply the filter. It will block the relevant back end syncing so that your iMessage link falls off Apple servers after 24h

Nothing worked, still unable to activate. Therefore its not an Apple issue. Bmobile has acknowledged that there is an issue. Continue to call in and request tickets regarding the issue

Anyone got it working? This is on an iPhone16 btw.
