That looking like some redneck shoot it up.
Guess who was recently targeting kazan....

What Russia has to gain by this?
Some of the hts was also chechens. Like not all accepted Russian success. The hts attempt on Syria was to entangle russia in Syria. Russia didn't take the bait.
So they do another 'Syrian chemical attack' and blow up a plane.
Isis K attacked the stadium some time ago in a terrorist attack. Isis is a sister group of al nusra who is hts who is running Syria. Isis is a splinter group of alqueda , who is working with cia etc.
Is the west really trying to sell that Russia is so criminal they are blowing up random planes ?

The tail has all the tell tale signs of a SAM hit. The Russians routing the plane to Kazakhstan from Kazan makes sense as the plane had to fly over the Caspian and if it crashed evidence could go missing. The Azeri pilots spoiled the whole thing by being competent.
Flight Radar also reported yesterday the plane was being GPS jammed

Feb 22nd 2022- launch of three day special military operation. Dec 27th 2024, 700k casualties and Russian territory is occupied. This is not malfeasance it's a continuation of Russian ineptness.
Back in 2014 when MH 17 was now bought down Girkin was boasting they bought down an Ukrainian Antonov. In this case an Embraer would have the profile of a drone.
And it's not the West selling anything, Azerbaijan has said it's a Russian Pantsir that did the shootfown from Chechen territory

It is their hsbbit to blame Russia immediately .
Same with the patriot missile from Belarus 2 years ago, ended up being an own goal .
Russia gains nothing by this one. It may be mistaken targeting by any side even.
But false flag attacks are the tool of the west/usa/Isreal
BTW kursk is most likely not a mistake. That is simply letting ur enemy blunder forward.
There was prior Intel it was to happen. The goal was to reach the nuclear plant . Ukraine diverted its best fighters to the region.
While elenski was boasting if his territorial gain, Russia had little opposition in donbas and made immense gains.
The prized fighters in kursk are encircled and facing obliteration presently.
Syria was an attempt to stretch Russia thin. They did not take that bait. At great loss, but less than if they had stayed .
Now Syria is turkey/ usa responsibility... Or theur reputation from iraq/Libya /Afghanistan will be solidified .
Similar to the Ukraine incident, it was mis targeted by the missile defense system that was activated to defend the urkraine attack .Dizzy28 wrote:Trinidad Putinistas:maybe it could have been anybody but Russia. Why the West blaming him?

It got caught in the cross fire. It was not intentional .
Prolly urkraine can warn about its volleys so thst the civilian airspace can be closed off and rerouted safely.

Ukrainian music speaker bomb plot foiled – FSB
The suspect reportedly planned to kill a military blogger and a high-ranking military officer
Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Saturday it had thwarted a Ukrainian plot to assassinate a prominent military blogger and a high-ranking Russian officer using an improvised explosive device (IED) disguised as a portable music speaker.
The suspect, identified as a Russian citizen, was allegedly recruited by Ukraine’s military intelligence agency (HUR) through social media. According to the FSB, Ukrainian operatives contacted the man via a messaging app after monitoring his public comments online.
He claimed Ukraine provided him with the bomb, which was stashed in a hidden cache. The initial plan, according to investigators, was to target a blogger covering the Ukraine conflict by planting the IED under their car or near the gate of their home. However, the suspect reportedly fell ill, causing the plan to be postponed.
Later, the Ukrainians allegedly redirected him to assassinate a senior Russian military officer. The FSB said the suspect was apprehended while stalking the new target.
The explosive device, estimated to have the power of 1.5 kilograms of TNT, was fitted with ball bearings for added lethality and designed to attach magnetically to surfaces. Images released by the FSB show the bomb disguised as a portable speaker. Russian law enforcement used a robotic system to safely recover and dismantle it.
The FSB has linked the plot to a broader campaign of assassination attempts it claims are orchestrated by Ukrainian intelligence. Earlier in the week, the agency reported foiling additional attacks, including one involving a bomb disguised as an award meant for a Russian activist.

This month, a high-profile bombing in Russia killed General Igor Kirillov and his aide. Investigators allege that the explosive, concealed inside an e-scooter handle, was remotely detonated by Ukrainian agents as the officers walked past.
The FSB said its operations have disrupted ongoing threats but emphasized that Ukraine’s intelligence services are actively targeting Russian figures. Ukraine has not commented on the claims.

Putin apologizes over deadly plane crash
The flight from Azerbaijan suffered an incident in Russian airspace during a Ukrainian drone raid, the Kremlin has said
Russian President Vladimir Putin has called his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, to express condolences for the deadly plane crash that occured in Kazakhstan this week, the Kremlin said on Saturday.
Putin offered an apology for the fact that an incident “took place in Russian airspace,” adding that it occurred during a Ukrainian drone raid, which was being repelled by air defenses.
“The Azerbaijani passenger plane, which arrived on schedule, made repeated attempts to land at the airport in Grozny,” the statement said. The capital of Russia’s Chechen Republic, as well as other cities in the region, “were being attacked by Ukrainian combat drones at the time, and Russian air defences were repelling those attacks.”
Azerbaijan, which lost 42 citizens in the crash, has declared national mourning for the victims. The other fatalities were Russian, Kazakh and Kyrgyz nationals. Putin “reiterated his deep and earnest condolences to the families of the people who were killed, and wished the survivors a swift recovery,” in his conversation with President Aliyev.
The Russian Investigative committee is probing the incident for possible violations of air traffic safety rules, the Kremlin said. “Civilian and military specialists” in Russia are being questioned about the events, it added.
Two representatives from the office of Azerbaijan’s prosecutor general are currently in Grozny, taking part in a joint investigation with Russian officials, the message stated.
An Embraer 190, operating as flight J2-8243 from Baku to Grozny, diverted to Kazakhstan and crashed on Wednesday, after an unsuccessful attempt to land at its destination. Azerbaijan Airlines said on Friday that “physical and technical external interference” was the likely cause of the incident, in which 38 of the 67 people on board were killed.
Officials in Chechnya reported a Ukrainian drone raid on Grozny on Wednesday, stating that all of the aircraft were shot down. On the same day, a Ukrainian drone hit a shopping mall in the southern Russian city of Vladikavkaz, killing a woman and causing significant damage.
