A place name go to pools told me cater 215k complete

Received a quotation in 2017 from Veldon

Recessed pool. This Intex type above ground pool but of significantly better quality. It comes with a 25 year warranty and they recess it in the ground so it looks like a regular pool . He represents this brand locally https://www.doughboypools.com

Cost $90500 for
Oval Recessed 24’x12’ x52” Steel 8.5” Curve Extruded Top Rail:
 Thru-wall Skimmer
 Vinyl Expandable Liner- dept of 4.5- to 7
 Pump and filter
 Filter Sand
 SCH40 Piping
Step & Lights are additional cost

Concrete pool - $168,000

Supply and installation of all material, equipment and ancillary items required for the construction and initial operation of a 22’ long x 12’ rectangular pool with a depth of 3’6 in the shallow and 5’ in the deep end.

Form investigation and friends; pool prices increase significantly with add-ones of water features , lighting , jacuzzi, water treatment automation , etc.

Location must be accessible by bobcat

Above cost does not include electrical supply to the equipment.

Is it a one time cost?

It's a cost every time you receive a bill.

Its $160/Quarter if you have a pool (unmetered) . Not really significant

WASA has an amnesty right now for unregistered pool owners to update their files. $640 a year not bad.

Question: Where is the line between a small plunge pool and a fish pond? :fadein:

Easy.Natural pools are a thing. One fish makes it a fish pond and a guppy is a fish.
