As Duane said, get something dedicated for the smart devices, or better, invest in a 2 or 3 unit mesh. There are setting to turn off the 5GHz for 10 mins to connect smart devices in the troubleshooting settings of the mesh app.Dizzy28 wrote:This. What model Flow modem they gave you? Maybe the 2.4 GHz is just turned off in the settings. Have you used the WiFi Analyzer app on your phone and check what signal it's outputting?
